JANET may be downloaded from the Carsten Knudsen site. You will need JAVA SDK, at least version 1.4, it may be downloaded from the SUN site. Indeed, unless you have broadband Internet connection, you should better take it from the site providing resuming capabilities, since the file size is ~50Mb. (e.g. here is zipped file, which may be simply unzipped somewhere; you need to add the path to the directory ....\bin, where java.exe is located, to the PATH environment variable.)
