    To work with command line version it is sufficient to compile the AUTO library. Under CYGWIN environment it is rather simple task (if you download the most current version - 0.9.8 - march 2006) and repeats the usual installation under LINUX – configure and then make.

  2. If you want to use the PYTHON from CYGWIN distro, probably, you should give rebaseall command under CYGWIN shell to make it work.
